The STM-ONE Series includes SignTronic’s compact, entry-level computer-to-screen direct exposure systems based on the fourth generation of StencilMaster direct exposure technology. Designed primarily for small quantities and small format screens, they bring improved print quality, greater efficiency and lower screen costs to your print process. Precision ZEISS optics offer excellent light transmission and high precision resolution.

The STM-ONE system does not include the IN-LINE automation capabilities of other SignTronic series. However, it can still be conveniently loaded from the front and requires less space for installation.

The STM-ONE Series offers two options for the UV light source: A conventional CPL 330W UV lamp, or SignTronic’s UV-LED DUO unit. While both options provide optimized UV exposure levels, the CPL 330W lamp emits a wider range of the UV spectrum, allowing for better performance with dual cure emulsions and a wider variety of meshes.

Additionally, the optional Remote Image Control Board (RICB) provides a simple and efficient means of monitoring and maintaining a high quality exposure. Each time an STM-ONE Series unit is switched on, the RICB automatically measures the distance between the exposure head and the screen, as well as other important optical parameters, and makes any needed adjustments. This process can be repeated throughout extended runs to ensure consistent exposure. It can even compensate for bowed screens.
