The STM-TEX Series is SignTronic’s fourth generation high end computer-to-screen direct exposure system designed for the textile market. It is ideal for demanding applications such as heat transfers. It simplifies the conventional screen making process, bringing improved printing quality, greater efficiency, impressive flexibility and lower screen costs to high end textile printing.

ZEISS optics allow for maximum precision and high light transition. The system also allows for modular extension. It can be easily integrated with automated Grünig IN-LINE components, as seen below in Automation Options.

The STM-TEX Series offers two options for the UV light source: A conventional CPL 330W UV lamp, or SignTronic’s UV-LED DUO unit. While both options provide optimized UV exposure levels, the CPL 330W lamp emits a wider range of the UV spectrum, allowing for better performance with dual cure emulsions and a wider variety of meshes.

Additionally, the optional Remote Image Control Board (RICB) provides a simple and efficient means of monitoring and maintaining a high quality exposure. Each time an STM-TEX Series unit is switched on, the RICB automatically measures the distance between the exposure head and the screen, as well as other important optical parameters, and makes any needed adjustments. This process can be repeated throughout extended runs to ensure consistent exposure. It can even compensate for bowed screens.

STM-TEX PRO-10 is a worry-free fully automated configuration that can handle up to 10 screens in an automated job queue. They are ready to print once removed. This system includes the following modules:

• STM-TEX Series Direct-to-Screen unit
• Grünig INLINE G-WASH 175-XS automatic developing unit
• 2x 10-slot loading and unloading magazines

STM-TEX PRO-one is a fully automated configuration that allows for one screen to be exposing, one to be developing, and another to be loaded simultaneously. They are ready to print once removed. This system includes the following modules:

• STM-TEX Series Direct-to-Screen unit
• Grünig INLINE G-WASH 175-XS automatic developing unit
• 2x Single-slot loading and unloading stations
